Southeast & Caribbean Region

NOAA’s Southeast and Caribbean Regional Collaboration Team (SECART) hosted, on 28 January 2016, a webinar that targeted NOAA staff in the region to better understand the ongoing El Nino conditions and also be more aware of NOAA elnino information mapand partner resources addressing this phenomenon.  Similar webinars were hosted by each of the eight Regional Collaboration Teams.   Special thanks to our presenters:
